📋 Overview

The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a central government scheme launched in 2019. It provides financial support of ₹6,000 per year to small and marginal farmers across India. The money is sent directly to the farmer's bank account in three equal instalments of ₹2,000 each. As of 2026, more than 11 crore farmers are receiving this benefit every year.

👤 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for PM Kisan Yojana 2026, the applicant must be a farmer who owns agricultural land in their name. Both men and women farmers can apply. The scheme covers small and marginal farmers with cultivable land up to 2 hectares. Government employees, income taxpayers, and pension holders above ₹10,000/month are not eligible. NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) are also excluded from this scheme.

4. Enter your Aadhaar number and mobile number to verify
5. Fill in personal details, bank account and land information
6. Upload required documents and submit the form
7. You will receive an SMS confirmation after successful registration
